Shipping & Returns


We ship all of our products using the Tracked NZ Post Service. We wrap all of our items in bubble wrap to protect your precious cargo while it makes its way to you. Smaller orders are sent out using a bubble courier bag. Larger and multiple item orders are shipped in a box lined with extra bubble wrap.


Every order comes with a few cheeky lollie's.

We work towards getting your items to you as quickly as possible. This is generally 2-5 working days. We will email your tracking number as soon as we have sent every item out,

International deliveries can take generally between 10-15 working days. 

Please note that due to covid-19 there may be unexpected delays with delivery times.


Please read carefully.

We do not accept exchange on any orders that have been sent out from our dispatch. If however you would like to change your order for a different item of the same value we can accommodate you and will swap it in your order if stock is available

This will have to be done asap but please try to select your correct item to avoid any delays.

Return and Refunds

  1. Please contact us at Geneliz Boutique by email to initiate Refund process.

  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

  3. Order number and contact details are required.

  4. Items will be refunded upon inspection from our quality control team.

  5. You will need to provide a reason for the refund request.

  6. The return product must be in its original condition and original packaging.

  7. Refund amount will be minus shipping cost of $7 for NZ and International will be case by case basis.

  8. Refunds will take 2-5 working days depending on your bank.
